At Official Recon Wear, we stand by the quality of our tactical and lifestyle apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
